When I have tried they taste nasty. I gave up my beloved potatoes and my beloved .. I really noticed some loss doing that. I quit eating cereal and started eating eggs. I do not eat any processed food. If it is in a package I don't want it. I sincerely hate the taste of packaged foods now that I have learned to cook healthy. I only want REAL food now. I make cauliflower rice stir fry, Turkey burgers, fresh chicken lime soup.. I eat the weirdest things now. I exercise too but I will admit I started that late in the game. I hate traditional exercise do my new go to ones are hula hoop, tap dancing, and using the stability ball.
